Defective or Incorrect Goods: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Unused Goods: Goods must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for resale.

3. Return Process
If you qualify for a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Please first contact our customer service team by phone at (442) 313-1406 or by email at gisela@cracknix.com, providing your order number and reason for return.
Obtaining Return Authorization: Customer service will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and guide you through the return process.
Preparing the Return Package: Pack the item with its original packaging and all included gifts, ensuring the packaging is intact. Please clearly label the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
Sending the Item Back: Return the package to the following address: 788 ADAMS AVE APT 23, EL CENTRO, CA 92243

4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your return package and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be processed through the payment method you used at the time of purchase. Please note that bank processing may take additional time.

We do not support exchanges for opened or used items. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process before placing a new order.

Please note that return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your returned package arrives safely.
